No Returns or Refunds: Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our coffee, we cannot accept returns. We believe in providing our customers with the freshest coffee experience, which means once it leaves our roastery, it's prepared exclusively for you.
Quality Guarantee: While we do not offer returns or refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or freshness, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide details and, if possible, photos of the issue. We will work with you to understand the concern and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or credit towards your next purchase.
