Shipping policy

Roasted weekly. Delivered with care.

We roast in small batches each weekend. Place your order by Friday at 5 PM Eastern to join that weekend’s batch. Orders placed after the cutoff may move to the following weekend.

Orders normally ship Monday morning after roasting, and no later than Tuesday under our normal schedule. Carrier transit time is additional. We aim to deliver your coffee within two weeks of ordering, depending on our roasting schedule and carrier transit times.

Free US Shipping: Free US shipping applies to qualifying one-time purchases with an order subtotal of $75 or more. Subscription purchases are excluded. BYOBUNDLE cannot be combined with this shipping discount.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method selected. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout.

US Shipping Only: We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order’s progress to your doorstep.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Issues and Concerns: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if there are any issues with your received products, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Local Shopping and Pickup: Find stocked Elite Roasters coffee at Booth 108 inside Westside Market Midtown, 1530 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA. Open daily during market hours, with fresh batches weekly. Elite Roasters is an independent vendor at the market. Pickup at our Marietta roastery is by appointment after your coffee is ready; contact us to arrange collection.
